Every year for the past 32 years, we bundle up all our cares and the needs of our families, sling them across our shoulders as fathers and as young men (13+), and take them to the feet of St. Joseph.
For those of you who wish to join us from afar, namely Southern Ontario or Quebec, here is our program and itinerary.
For those more local to Renfrew County, here is our itinerary:
6:30 am Departure from Barry's Bay (St. Hedwig Church)
6:50 am Pickup in Killaloe (St. Andrew's Church)
9:00 – 9:30 am Rest stop in Casselman, 20 minutes east of Ottawa
11:30 -- 1:00 St. Francis Xavier Mission Church (St. Kateri Shrine) and bag lunch, Kahnawake
1:30 pm St. Joseph's Oratory and Rosary up the steps to the shrine
Either/Or -- varies by year and availability of a pilgrim priest to join us:
3:00 pm English Mass in Crypt Church celebrated by one of our priests
4:30 pm French Mass in Crypt Church (as scheduled)
5:30 pm Supper in cafe and street restaurants at base of Oratory
7:30 pm Departure home
Cost per person is $20.00 for fuel which will be pooled and divided according to vehicle fuel consumption. Any overage will once again be donated to a worthy cause. Please bring own bag lunch and donation for Mass.

Please pass on the news, help promote this pilgrimage in your parish and diocese. I encourage you to resgister by contacting the parish by April 29th so that transportation, and in some cases billeting, can be arranged for all.
There is also an affordable pilgrims hostel at the base of St. Joseph's Oratory (1-877-672-8647 ex. 2793) for those who wish to meet up with us in Montreal for prayer and fellowship.
